v Constructed with high quality cast iron and heat tempered to relieve stress and assure maximum rigidity and accuracy. v The base is reinforced with A-type rib layout to enhance shock, vibration absorption and constructed of box type structure for excellent rigidity. The machine structure has been carefully designed via Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and advanced 3D software. v Box ways on Z-axis, X / Y axes are equipped with precision heavy loading linear guide ways featuring high positioning accuracy. v The counter-balance system is equipped with a guide rail to boost stability and prevent vibration during high federate or rapid traverse to ensure machining accuracy. v The longest span between guideways on Y-axis base prevents overhang problems.
