In order to achieve unshakable quality, final inspections and testing are preceded with rigorous checks throughout production. As each series of machines possess distinct characteristics, Ares-Seiki has formulated specific testing procedures and standards unique to each series. We believe that quality is not the result of testing. Rather, quality the result of manufacturing properly. Therefore, inspection is not left until the end of the manufacturing process. Assembly technicians perform testing as they go, and keep thorough records along the way. Ultimately, inspectors dedicated to testing only are the ones to carry out final inspections. They employ all sorts of precision diagnostic instruments which cover static rigidity precision, laser testing for positioning accuracy, ball bar testing, noise, vibration, even aesthetics. Dynamic testing criteria for all machines include spindle motor performance under maximum cutting loads, roundness cutting, high speed drilling and tapping, etc. Ares-Seiki machines are all on par with international testing standards.
